  • 2 apples (grated)
  • 1/4 cup low fat milk
  • 2 bananas (sliced)
  • honey (or maple syrup, to serve)

    Directions

    1. Combine oats and 3 cups water in a saucepan and cook according to package directions. Add apple for last 2 minutes of cooking. Stir in milk.
    2. Pour oatmeal into serving bowls and top with banana slices. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and serve.
