    Delicious! This made me so happy. A nice crisp, fresh side dish that paired excellently well with the seared salmon and sautéed spinach that was the rest of my meal. I did reserve a couple of the fennel fronds and chop them up to add to the slaw with the parsley, just a little extra fennel goodness!

    Simple. Pretty. Elegant. Delicious. I let the onion and fennel marinate for a bit in the lemon juice before I added the apple. Had no problem with browning.
