Very quick and tasty good basic recipe. I don’t know why use of a blender is recommended. I’ve never used a blender to mix pancake batter as over-mixing tends to make “tough” pancakes. I also added some dried apple bits that I had moistened in hot water first for a more pronounced apple flavor and to add a bit of interest to the texture. I can’t wait to try the strawberry version and will experiment with other combos!

These are good but I made it with the one large egg and regular fat Greek yogurt. It was so thin I couldn’t flip them. Then I added more oats to thicken but it won’t cook in the inside no matter how long I leave them.
Healthy eating and easy to make! Great flavor cause of the cinnamon. I added a little more oats so that the batter wouldn't be so liquid. Instead of applesauce I used pearsauce. I will make them again.
