    Pretty good. Not my favorite but not bad. I added some yoghurt so I probably should have cut back on the milk, it was a thinner consistency than I prefer.

    I made homemade apple cider in a crock pot and had applesauce left over from the process. Looking for a recipe that incorporates applesauce, I stumbled upon this smoothie, made it today and it was great! It turned out thick, light, and creamy-- which I love! I used nutmilk instead of soy.
