- 175 grams oatmeal
- 1 tsp. bicarbonate of soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 175 grams flour (wholewheat)
- 470 grams apple (jar, purée)
- 1 eating apple (diced)
- 4 egg whites (lightly beaten)
- 150 mL honey
- 125 grams Flora pro.activ apricot yogurt
- Flora Cuisine (for greasing)

Directions
- Sieve dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Add apple purée, diced apple, egg whites, honey and yogurt. Stir gently until all the flour is incorporated.
- Pour batter into 16 greased muffin tins.
- Bake in preheated oven 180°C, 160°C fan, gas mark 4 for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm or cold.
