- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup mascarpone (8 ounces)
- 2 cups toasted pecans (pieces, optional)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup water (+ 1/6 cup water)
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup (+ 1 tablespoon corn syrup)
- 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (strained)
