- blueberry yogurt (or any of choice)
- orange juice
- cranberry juice

- Cut up red apples into blendable chunks,
- Grab whatever flavored yogurt you desire, along with orange juice and cranberry juice. Fill until it looks like it'll blend well.
- Blend, and enjoy.
