- 1/2 cup bourbon (your favorite)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tsp. orange bitters (I used Fee Brothers)
- 2 tart apples (medium-sized firm, I like to use Haralson or Honeycrisp)
- 6 sprigs thyme (plus one sprig for each individual drink)
- 24 oz. cider (Angry Orchard "Crisp, " hard cider)
