- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated white sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup applesauce (unsweetened)
- 1 1/4 cups apples (chopped, I did not peel them, you may do so)
- turbinado sugar
- heavy cream (to brush on top.)
- 1/3 cup salted caramel sauce (to drizzle)
