Wonderful! I added mushrooms and ran the veggies through a food processor after sautéing. I used a shallot instead of an onion, veggie meat substitute, & added a 1/4 teaspoon of thyme & some fresh parsley. I also added an extra egg & a little more oats to make sure the ingredients would bind together. I made a topping with tomato sauce, dijon mustard & Worcestershire sauce for a perfect finish. Will definitely make this again.

A big hit with the entire family and friend. The only drawback is that it takes awhile to prepare on a crazy school night

Awesome meatloaf, easy to make, the apple and sage flavor are well balanced. I highly recommend this recipe
