- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter (cut into ¼” cubes)
- 1 large egg (beaten with 1 Tbsp of water)
- turbinado sugar (for topping)
