- 3/4 cup applesauce (depending on the sweetness of your applesauce, you may want to add a bit of your favorite sweetener. I used unsweetened applesauce and after adding a package of Splenda and it was just right…)
- 3/4 cup milk (your choice)
- 1/3 cup ice cubes
- 1 tsp. natural vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 1 scoop protein powder (1 tbs flaxseed, chia seeds, whipped cream, optional)
