- 7 grams instant yeast (sachets)
- 10 grams salt (/¼oz)
- 150 mL milk (warm)
- 130 mL water (/4½fl oz)

- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 200 mL cream (full, warmed up in the microwave)
- 2 Tbsp. butter (I ran out of butter and used margarine - it worked just as well!)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. salt
