I made it for only two people so I cut back on the amount of salad. I changed the dressing ingredients to juice of 1 lime, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 teaspoon of dijon, halved the salt, and doubled the pepper. the dressing was very good. The pear I bought was not ripe at the time but we did have extra roasted butternut squash to use up, which was delicious in the salad. Walnut or almonds would also work well with the salad.
