- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. apple juice
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. roasted sunflower kernels

Directions
- PLACE apple slices on serving plates. Stir together peanut butter, yogurt, apple juice and cinnamon until blended.
