    I really liked these muffins. They were moist even without a lot of fat probably because of the carrot and apple. I did add 2 tablespoons of honey because of a comment. I dont like really sweet muffins but with the honey, they were perfect. I will definitely make these again.

    Pretty good. Next time I’d add a little sugar or honey to the wet ingredients.. Great if your really watching Your sugar intake.
