- 3 Tbsp. blueberry (or other honey, divided)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon (plus more for dusting, to taste)

Looks similar to the picture though I used green Granny Smith apples.
Too dry and not sweet enough for me.
Easy to make.
Not sure where the lemon was to be incorporated into the marzipan.
I bought “gluten” thinking it was an ingredient
but it called for gluten free flour!
