- 2 apples (Large, – I used Pink Lady)
- 125 grams plain flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 35 grams caster sugar (or Granulated)
- 1 large egg
- 125 mL milk (I sometimes add a little bit more if the mixture seems a little too thick)
- 1/2 tsp. canela (plus another 1/2 tsp for the separated mixture)
- 8 sage leaves (chopped finely)
- oil (Enough, to cover the bottom of your frying pan and about 1cm in height)
