    the coconut in it was a great touch

    Super yummy. Kids thought it was a little dry but I only served it with whipped cream instead of yogurt or ice cream. Will def make this again. I used gluten free (Bob’s Red Mill) oats and coconut too.

    Great, I used water instead of apple juice, and didn't blitz the crumble top to keep it more oaty in texture.
