- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch allspice (less than ⅛ teaspoon)
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or another plant-based milk)
- 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup (or honey)
- 1/2 apple (grated coarsely, I use Pink Lady)
- 1 Tbsp. sliced almonds
- 1 Tbsp. walnut pieces (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. sliced almonds
- applesauce (spoonful)
- 2 Tbsp. Greek-style yogurt (dairy free if needed)
- 1/2 apple (thinly sliced)
