So I didn’t have the ‘raw’ ingredients, but it still tastes good regardless. Of course it would be ‘healthier’ with the raw ingredients I’m sure, but this will definitely get you going. You CAN add extra water to dilute the shot, but I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s only a shot, you’ll be okay.
