I use 3 Tbsp of ACV & 1 Tbsp of Honey & 12 - 16 oz of water daily.
I have been doing this for over 3 months. I drink this as soon as I get up in the morning. Before Coffee, Before brushing my teeth.
I am doing this for several reasons. Primarily, to reduce calcification build-up on my rotator cuff. It is working. Arthritic pain levels have dropped in other joints, as well.
