Directions
- In saucepan, combine apple cider, vinegar, Truvia sweetener, and mustard; bring to boil over medium-high heat. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until reduced by half.
- Meanwhile, preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Pat turkey breast dry with paper towel. Stir together butter, thyme, garlic, salt and pepper; rub all over turkey, including under the skin.
- Place turkey on rack in roasting pan; roast for 40 minutes. Reduce heat to 400 degrees Fahrenheit; roast, basting with apple cider glaze for about 30 minutes or until thermometer inserted into thickest part of the breast reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit. If turkey browns too quickly, cover loosely with foil. Slice turkey and serve.
- TIPS: Delicious with cranberry sauce! Substitute rosemary or marjoram for thyme, if desired.

I wanted to try something different for Thanksgiving. Just wanted to let you know, it’s absolutely amazing. I love it and is now going to be our new turkey breast recipe. The only thing I changed was 1 tablespoon of raw sugar instead of the sweetener in the recipe.
