Easy to make. It's apple cider not vinegar. I didn't like the apple taste. My wife did. Liked the Gremolata too. Will not make again.

This is a very quick and easy soup, but with a lot of layers of flavor. This is an absolutely delicious fall and winter soup and I'll be making it again soon! It's also quite healthy.
