Delicious!! Very moist and tasty! I recommend to keep in fridge, so as not to spoil from fruit and vegetable in muffin! I also sprinkled powder sugar, instead of coarse sugar on muffins after cooling out of oven.

Kids love them we make them after harvesting our carrots and apples. They get so excited.

Great recipe! Muffins are flavorful, moist and delicious- not grainy at all I added an extra apple and used nut flour but otherwise stuck to the instructions Next time I think I would cut the sugar in half They are just a bit sweet for me for a breakfast muffin

Great! I substituted one cup of the white flour for half a cup of whole wheat flour and a half cup of oats, also threw in dried cranberries and raisins!
