I made this recipe many times. I reduced the amount of sugar because it's too sweet for us but it's a really delicious cake!

Amazing! Substituted some of the flour for ground almond/semolina and it was delicious. Also added some almond extract to make it an Apple & Almond cake. So good!
I would double this mixture though, as I did and it still could have been a bit taller.
