This has become a favorite dessert in my house. I sub flax meal for eggs, and have done 1 cup of brown sugar instead of the 1 1/2 cups of granulated.

Deliciously moist and tasty. Made according to directions, made it a sexing time adding an extra cup of apples and sprinkled cinnamon sugar over the top once it came out of the oven. No glaze or frosting needed.
