Turned out great. I didn’t have walnuts or apples so I substituted the walnuts for sunflower seeds & apples with peaches. Surprisingly I had dates handy. Very healthy, and wholesome. Will try again with the correct ingredients.

I used 3 apples and a little apple juice and they turned out just like the pictures, nice and gooey. Will definitely make them again!

These breakfast bars had a healthy and delicious set of ingredients. However, it was indeed dry, like others before me stated. Halfway through the cooking, I decided to add a brown sugar, butter and cinnamon topping. That decision helped the bars taste much better! They definitely taste the best eaten warm.

Not bad! Mine didn't turn out as gooey as the photos and just a wee bit dry. I'll add a tablespoon of vegan butter next time and see how that goes.
