- 2 tsp. gluten free baking powder (reduce to 1 teaspoon above 4000 ft elevation)
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. xanthan gum (optional, see notes in post above)
