  • 3 cups Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Oven Roasted Diced Chicken Breast (thawed)
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 flour tortillas (17.5 ounce bag)
  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1/4 cup fresh Italian parsley leaves (packed)
  • 1/4 cup celery leaves (packed)
  • 1/2 cup diced green apples
  • 1/2 cup green grapes (quartered)
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons toasted almonds

    Directions

    1. Cook couscous according to package instructions.
    2. Toss couscous with parsley, celery leaves, chicken, apples, grapes, celery, cheese and almonds with Italian dressing, set aside.
    3. Heat the tortillas in a dry skillet until lightly toasted. Fill each tortilla with ½ cup of the salad mixture and fold the bottom of the tortilla over the filling and pull towards the fold. Fold in the sides and roll tightly.
