- 3 cups Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Oven Roasted Diced Chicken Breast (thawed)
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1 flour tortillas (17.5 ounce bag)
- 1 cup couscous
- 1/4 cup fresh Italian parsley leaves (packed)
- 1/4 cup celery leaves (packed)
- 1/2 cup diced green apples
- 1/2 cup green grapes (quartered)
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 2 Tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
- 2 Tbsp. toasted almonds

Directions
- Cook couscous according to package instructions.
- Toss couscous with parsley, celery leaves, chicken, apples, grapes, celery, cheese and almonds with Italian dressing, set aside.
- Heat the tortillas in a dry skillet until lightly toasted. Fill each tortilla with ½ cup of the salad mixture and fold the bottom of the tortilla over the filling and pull towards the fold. Fold in the sides and roll tightly.
