- 110 grams sweetener (2oz; 0.5 cup, I used Xylitol. If using stevia you might need less as stevia is sweeter)
- 110 grams soya flour (2 oz; 0.5 cup organic)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 110 grams ground almonds (2oz; 0.5 cup)
- 110 grams flaked almonds (plus some for sprinkling on top)
- 300 grams Bramley apples (11 oz; 1.3 cups, peeled, quartered and sliced)
- 4 eggs (or 4tbsp of soaked flax seeds in equal amounts of water)
