- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp. cayenne
- 3/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 pinch ground cloves (optional)
- 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 medium zucchini (sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. spice blend (the above curry, this will give loads of flavor and a good kick of spice to the curry, use just 2 teaspoons for a milder flavor)
- 15 oz. chickpeas
- 1 cup cashew milk (or canned "lite" coconut milk)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut sugar
- 3/4 tsp. fine sea salt
- white rice (optional: serve with)
- fresh lime juice (garnish:, optional)
