- 2 jalapeno (or serrano minced)
- 1/3 red onion (finely diced)

- 8 oz. jalapeno (can El Pato sauce, flavor)
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 limes
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sauce (Maggi, if you use this, you may not want to add anymore salt)
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce (Cholula, chile lime flavor or your favorite Mexican hot sauce)
- 1 1/2 tsp. chile (Tajin, limon powder)
- 1 lb. cooked shrimp (chop 3/4 and leave others whole to garnish, optional)
- 1 avocado (diced)
- 1 mango (diced)
- 1 jicama (more cup of, sliced into match sticks)
- hot sauce (*More lime, and tajin, chile limon powder)
