- 1.5 oz. dried tomatoes (dry-packed sun-, I used California Sun Julienne Cut)
- 4 tsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar (Nakano Roasted Garlic)
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. fresh basil leaves (torn)
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 oz. hard salami (thinly sliced, for me this was 8 slices)
- 3 oz. thinly sliced deli ham (for me this was 4 slices)
- 2 oz. prosciutto (thinly sliced, for me this was 4 slices)
- 1 oz. pepperoni (thinly sliced sandwich, for me this was 6 slices)
- 2 sticks string cheese (light, I used Weight Watchers brand)
- 12 cups lettuce (torn, I used a mix of butter lettuce and green leaf lettuce)
- 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms (sliced or chopped)
- 1/2 cup artichokes (sliced, canned without oil and drained)
- 12 Manzanilla olives (sliced, the green ones with the pimientos stuffed inside)
- 4 pepperoncini
