  • 1/4 cup blueberries (frozen, preferably)
  • 1/4 cup strawberries (frozen, preferably)
  • 1 banana (frozen, preferably)
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder (Chocolate)
  • 3/4 cup apple juice (can substitute coconut water or chocolate almond milk)
  • ice (optional)
  • almond butter
  • cacao nibs
  • dark chocolate
  • coconut flakes (Unsweetened)
  • blueberries
  • strawberries
  • granola
  • banana
  • honey
  • frozen berries (*You can substitute any, for acai)

    At first I wasn't going to try this recipe out because of the long list of ingredients but let me tell you am I ever glad that I tried this one out! With so many different ingredients you are getting such a wide range of nutrients and antioxidants. In the end I really enjoyed this one, thanks for the recipe!
