- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 cups whole milk (warm)
- 2 1/2 cups white cheddar cheese (sharp Irish, shredded)
- 1 1/4 cups havarti cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 cup slaw (the kale, recipe above)
- 1/4 tsp. mustard powder
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt (+ pepper)
- 2 cups potato chips (lightly crushed)
