- 10 whole baby bella mushrooms (sliced I like to only use the mushroom caps in my recipes)
- 1 whole yellow onion (sliced)
- 4 cloves garlic (smashed)
- 4 cups beef stock (make sure its gluten free if it is boxed stock)
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 10 oz. sour cream
- 20 oz. egg noodles (gluten free)
- 5 Tbsp. cornstarch (check your ingredients and make sure the brand is gf)
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 1 handful fresh flat leaf parsley (for garnish optional)
