- 12 oz. noodles (any shape that you prefer, can be regular or gluten free)
- 2 cups frozen broccoli (or Fresh)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 Tbsp. arrowroot (or some other thickener of your choice)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups chicken (Shredded, I used my canned chicken, which is the shredded chicken and broth, all in one quart!)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz. mushrooms (can of, or can use fresh, too)
- green bell pepper (or Red)
- Parmesan cheese (or whatever you have on hand for the top)
