- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water (chilled)
- 12 oz. frozen blueberries
- 12 oz. frozen raspberries (red)
- 24 oz. strawberries (frozen sliced)
- 1 3/4 cups sugar (375 grams or 13 ounces)
- 3 Tbsp. instant tapioca
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter (cut in small pieces)
