Cures what ails you on the cheap (or when you want something comforting on a cold winter night!)
Ingredients

- 5 whole chicken thighs (bone in)
- 5 potatoes (diced, peeled, and cubed)
- 1 whole chopped onion
- 1 stick butter
- 2 chicken stock (cartons, or 5 cans)
- 2 cans carnation (evaporate milk)
- 1 box saltine crackers

Directions
- Cover chicken with chicken stock, cook it until it pulls off the bone.
- Remove chicken from stock (do not drain stock).
- De-bone chicken and place it back into the pot.
