It was good, but It wasn’t the best. The texture is great but the flavor was lacking for me.

I was pleasantly surprised. This was really good. Looked and tasted amazing. I added a Serrano pepper to give it a little kick. It was so good.

I substituted the potato with sweet potato and added 1 Tbs of nutritional yeast but I thought this turned out great!! I’ve made another vegan cheese sauce before and this was much better.

delicious!! all I have to say. Btw needed to ise normal mustard but ended up good as well!

I used this on pasta, then as a dip...definitely try this recipe. Also subbed in smoked paprika and it was delicious
