    I was excited to try this, but thought that the vinegar was too overpowering. My pork loin was a little over 2 lbs. and after cooking for 6 hours was pretty dry.

    I checked mine after 6 hours and it was totally dried out. Also, the taste was WAY too vinegary. I topped it with a mix of apricot preserves and horseradish to try and cancel out the vinegar a bit.
