- 3 cups chicken (cooked and diced I like to use rotisserie chicken)
- 4 cups egg noodles (cooked and drained, approximately 2 cups uncooked)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 onion (finely chopped about ½ cup)
- 1 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1 clove garlic (minced or ½ teaspoon of garlic powder)
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cups cheddar cheese (hredded 1 cup reserved for topping)
- 10.5 oz. cream of celery soup (1 can)
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded I added this to the recipe it is not in the original recipe.)
