Absolutely delicious! Very simple to make. I broiled it towards the end for a roasted flavor and drizzled some olive oil for serving. Yummy and Pai loved it too! 😋

Tip for crispiness toss in potato starch before the oil but rest is same. Delish

Yeah it was okay. Wouldn't call it amazing. Recipe should be renamed 'Okay Rosemary Sweet Potato Fries'.

Loved this! Kids ate them up too. Next time I think I might try peeling the potatoes first. The skin became very tough, but other than that, these were fantastic.
