- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup chili sauce (generally found in the condiment isle at the grocery store)
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (bottled is fine)
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 2 lb. ground beef (extra lean is okay, but don't use super lean ground beef)
- 1 onion (large, finely chopped)
- 2 eggs
- 3 slices bread (see notes below)
- 1/4 cup parsley (minced, flat leaf recommended)
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1 tsp. granulated onion
- 7 slices bacon (for the top of the meatloaf, don't use thick sliced bacon)
