These quesadillas are awesome. However, I did change the recipe a little since I have picky eaters. I shredded the chicken instead of cubing it. I replaced the green sauce and garlic with a Tbsp of mild chunky salsa. My husband and I believe these are the best quesadillas we have ever eaten. This will definitely go on our menu rotation. Thank you for sharing.
