- 10 large shrimp (peeled and cleaned)
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp. ginger (chopped)
- 1 bay leaf (optional)
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 2 green chilies (sliced and cut in half)
- 1 dried red chili
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
