- 3 whole dry red chilies (broken in 2 pieces)
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric (haldi)
- 1 Tbsp. coriander powder (dhania)
- 2 cups fenugreek leaves (chopped or 1/2 cup dry fenugreek leaves, kasoori methi)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. mango powder (amchoor)
