- 1 1/2 tsp. aamchur (/dry mango powder)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. kasuri methi
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 Tbsp. ghee (optional, avoid if you are a vegan)
- salt (as needed)
- coriander leaves (Fresh, finely chopped, optional)
