- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 16 drops liquid stevia
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/8 tsp. salt (bump this up to ¼ t. if using unsalted peanut or almond butter)
- 1/4 tsp. canela
- 3/4 cup oats (ground into flour)
- 3 Tbsp. dark chocolate (chopped, or cacao nibs, my personal favorite)
